I am someone who suffers with really dry lips especially when the weather changes dramatically. The last couple of days my lips have been driving me crazy, I couldn't even go 15 minutes without re-applying lip balm it got very frustrating and it was even ruining my sleep! I decided to go to Ulta and and look for a lip scrub, I've seen this Bliss brand a while ago and they where out of the Tarte lip scrub so I decided to give this one a try. I used it as soon as I got home, and just after one use it made my lips feel so soft, smooth and plump! I was honestly amazed by the results, I will definitely be re purchasing this lip scrub! Officially hooked and this product I HIGHLY recommend for anyone, everyone should exfoliate their lips at least once a week.
